Building Construction
Homes are defined as Frame when Frame exceeds 50% of total exterior wall area (total sq ft); otherwise classify as Masonry. Masonry Veneer defined as exterior frame walls veneered with brick or stone.

Claim Free
No prior property or liability losses within the most recent 36 months. If a loss results from windstorm, hail, earthquake, sinkhole collapse, mine subsidence, or act of God, the customer remains eligible for this discount. **eligibility is based upon customer’s loss history only

Concierge Claim Service
Zero Premium Cost: 20% Deductible discount; 3-year Warranty on workmanship; Payment issued directly to PIC’s pre-approved contractor & customer **does not apply to a Hurricane or Sinkhole loss

AOP Deductible options: $1,000 up to $50,000Hurricane Deductible options: 2%, 5% or 10% of Coverage A **$10,000 AOP only available on HO3 when Coverage A is >$200,000 **$25,000 and $50,000 only available on HO3 when Coverage A is >$500,000

Electronic Discount
Policyholders with a My Prepared Portal account are able to select the paperless option and receive a $10 discount on their premium.

Protective Devices
Central fire and burglar alarm must be approved and properly maintained. Covers doors/windows and reports to police/fire or central station. **burglar alarm credits not available when Coverage C limit is < 40% of Coverage A

Applies if roof material is Flat Tile

Secure Community
Limited Access Building: Single entry in/out of community or condo building 24-hour Security Patrol: Security guard or roaming patrol Gated Community: Passkey gates

Senior/Retiree
Any applicant has attained age of 60 or 55 & retired.

Sprinkler
Fire Sprinkler System must be compliant with the nationally accepted fire sprinkler standards and present throughout risk.

Adds and/or enhances over 15 different coverages for a bundled premium

Wind Mitigation Features
Mainly applicable for roof features such as Building Code, Predominant Roof Covering, Roof Deck Attachment, Roof to Wall, Roof Geometry and Secondary Water Resistance (SWR). Additional features that can provide a credit is Opening Protection/Shutters. **FBC credit can be applied if roof age is 2002 or newer (proof of roof update required) **SWR and Opening Protection may be applied with letter from the builder **HIP roof credit can be applied with supporting photos
